The results of the Barbados Secondary Schools’ Entrance Examination have been released.
Minister of Educational Transformation Chad Blackman announced the top scorers during a press briefing held today.
Arianna Walcott of Wills Primary School emerged as the top student with a score of 241.46. She earned full marks in both Mathematics and English and will be attending Harrison College.
Javanni Carmichael of St Paul’s Primary School was the top-performing boy with a score of 240.90. He scored 99 in Mathematics and 100 in English and has been assigned to Queen’s College.
Thousands of Class 4 students from primary schools across the island sat the examination last month. (Nation News)
