Khalil Lavaar Hurley, 27, of no fixed place of abode, has been charged with murder and firearm offences.
Hurley was charged with the January 9, 2026 murder of Andre Parris at Worthing Beach, Christ Church, and unlawful use of a firearm on the same date.
He was also charged with criminal damage to property belonging to Samantha Chassang at Headley Land, Bank Hall, St Michael, on January 19, 2026, along with unlawful use of a firearm.
Hurley appeared in the District ‘A’ Criminal Court today, February 21.
