Dareo Theo Mitchell, 32, of Chelston Gardens, Culloden Road, St Michael, appeared in the District ‘C’ Magistrates’ Court Tuesday afternoon charged with the murder of 44-year-old Dwayne Ryan Omar Ceasar of Callenders Gardens, Christ Church.
The charge relates to an incident at Pegwell Boggs on January 21.
Mitchell is also facing charges of robbery and unlawful use of a firearm on December 16, 2025, as well as two counts of endangering life and unlawful use of a firearm on January 21.
No pleas were taken. Magistrate Bernadette John remanded him to Dodds Prison until March 31.
