Police are seeking the public’s assistance in locating missing man Joseph Brathwaite, alias ‘Norman’ or ‘Nou’, 85, of Gill Land, Eastmont, St John, who was last seen on April 1, 2026.
Brathwaite is about five feet six inches tall, of dark complexion and slim build, with large sunken eyes, a bulbous nose, thin lips, large ears and sagging cheeks. He is blind in his left eye and has dementia. He has an abrupt manner, a deep voice and speaks with a Barbadian accent.
He was last seen wearing a green T-shirt and black three-quarter pants and was barefoot. He is known to frequent the areas of ‘Small Town’ and Gills Land of St John.
