A 54-year-old man from Bank Hall, St Michael, has been charged with arson and the murder of 51-year-old Shanell Smith. Her body was discovered after a house fire at Bank Hall on March 27 was extinguished.
Ricardo Okella Stanford is scheduled to appear in the District ‘A’ Criminal Court on April 7. (PR/BT)
