Wesley Hall Primary put five unanswered goals past Al Falah School, as the National Sports Council BICO Primary School Football Competition continued, with action in the Keith Grell Griffith Zone .
In a much closer affair in that zone, Westbury Primary edged Trinity Academy 3-2.
Play in the Reginald Haynes/Victor Gas Clarke Zone at Blenheim, saw St Giles Primary defeating George Lamming 2-0, while Wilkie Cumberbatch dismissed St Patrick’s Roman Catholic School 4-0. Belmont Primary recorded a 4-2 win over Charles F Broome Memorial, with Belmont Primary
and St Ambrose playing out a 1-1 draw. Neither team was on target, as
St Cyprian’s Boys tackled Luther Thorne Memorial.
St George Primary had the biggest win in the Kenville Kab Layne Zone, after easing past St Judes Primary 5-1. Mount Tabor were also clinical as they beat Ellerton 3-0, while Eagle’s Academy lost to Hitz 106.1 FM Bay Primary by a 3-2 margin.
A series of competitive games in the Ricardo Mickey Gibson Zone at Briar Hall, saw Wills Primary and St Christopher’s Primary playing to a 1-1 draw, with this also being the case in the game between last year’s runner’s up
Arthur Smith Primary and Milton Lynch. Shirley Chisholm Primary had no such worries as they beat St Bartholomew’s Primary 3-0, with St.Gabriel’s going down to St Winifred’s School 2-1 and St.Lawrence Primary drawing 1-1 with People’s Cathedral.
Three games kicked off in the Adrian Donovan/Michael Foster Zone at King George V Park.
St Martin’s Mangrove had a a default 3-0 win over Bayley’s Primary, Blackman & Gollop Primary drew 1-1 with Hilda Skeene, while
Gordon Walters’ Primary had a similar result in their game against Reynold Weekes Primary.
