Two St Michael men have denied separate charges of illegal possession of firearms and ammunition and are due to return to the High Court in September.
Razario David Anthony Boyce, of Howells Cross Road, Ivy, appeared before Justice Laurie-Ann Smith-Bovell in the No. 4 Supreme Court and, during his arraignment, pleaded not guilty to having a .45 auto-calibre Glock pistol and eight rounds of ammunition on October 15, 2024.
Taray Jacobi Skeete, of Deacons Court, Deacons Road, denied having a Taurus Smith and Wesson .40 calibre pistol and seven rounds of ammunition on the same date.
The two, who are represented by attorney Shadia Simpson, will return to court on September 22.
Acting Senior State Counsel Paul Prescod is prosecuting the cases.
