Shem Tomas William Clarke has been reported missing.
Police say the 24-year-old of 4th Avenue, Belair Terrace, St Philip was last seen on Tuesday, July 28, but it is not known what he was wearing at the time. He is known to frequent Blades Hill #2 and Kirtons.
Clarke is approximately 5′ 9″ tall, with a slim build and brown complexion. He has long hair plaited back in cornrows, an oval head, a small mouth, thin lips, large nose, small round ears – both pierced once – and brown eyes.
He has a tattoo of a trident behind his left ear and both his top front teeth are chipped. He has square shoulders, long arms and walks with an erect appearance. He is soft spoken and speaks with a Bajan accent.
