Police have made a breakthrough in 19-year-old cold case.
Antonio Ryan Bullen, 48 years, an inmate of Dodds prison, has been charged with the murder of Karen Allamby whose decapitated body was discovered at Cane Vale, Christ Church, on April 16, 2007.
Bullen is scheduled to appear in the District “A” court today.
The mother of four, who was 39 years old at the time, lived at Gall Hill, Christ Church, but her roots were in Jackson, St Michael. (PR/SAT)
