A 41-year-old man has been charged with criminal damage and throwing stones on a highway in connection with incidents reported on on Monday, October 5.Jamar Renaldo Hamilton of Ixora Crescent, St Thomas is scheduled to appear in the District ‘A’ Criminal Court today to answer to the charges.
