After noticing students at his school were engaging in sexual activity, both on and off the compound and posting videos of the acts online, c decided to take action.
The UNICEF Child Rights Ambassador and member of the Student Council launched an initiative aimed at promoting sexual health awareness.
Titled “Think, Know Decide”, it seeks to educate students about the risks and consequences of engaging in sexual activity at a young age.
Smith said the issue troubled him as a young person and he hoped students walked away with a better understanding about the potential consequences of their choices.
The initiative kicked off today and will run until Friday featuring a series of educational activities and interactive discussions designed to engage students and deepen their understanding about sexual health. (AJ)
