A number of Barbados Water Authority workers were today robbed at gun point.
The Nation understands they were part of the capital works crews who were laying pipes at Apes Hill, St James.
They were reportedly robbed of money and jewellery. An attempt was also made to steal a car. A person with knowledge of the situation said there were about four armed men, but this has not been confirmed.
More details as they come. (Nation News)
