Some vendors along Eagle Hall and Black Rock Main Road in St Michael reported a slight drop in sales from last year’s Flow’s Grand Kadooment.
Jamar Phillips, who was busily serving patrons at C&C Snacks & Variety, told the DAILY NATION: “We’re here every year and everything is going well. Last year was a bit busier but I can’t complain. This is the best route for the community to benefit.”
For more than five years, Anderson Connell and Shurland Harper have offered a cosy experience for their returning patrons and new guests. Harper said some people had booked long ago.
“We have a steady clientèle that usually joins us. Last year was good, but this year, while it looks better in terms of people, sales are not as great so far, though still steady,” he said.
