Cross-examination of the final prosecution witness in Miguel Bobb-Blackman’s unlicensed firearm and ammunition trial will continue on October 8 in the No. 4 Supreme Court.
Bobb-Blackman, 24, of Spruce Street, The City, is on trial after pleading not guilty to having a Ruger .45-calibre pistol without a valid licence and four rounds of ammunition without a valid permit on June 12, 2025.
On Thursday, defence attorney Shadia Simpson is expected to continue cross-examining PC Kevin Jordan before the State, led by acting Senior State Counsel Paul Prescod, closes its case.
A nine-member jury is hearing the evidence, with Justice Laurie-Ann Smith Bovell presiding.
