Former government Senator Tyrone Barker passed away earlier today, after a long battle with Parkinson’s Disease.
He was 75.
Barker served in the Barbados Labour Party administration led by late Prime Minister, Owen Arthur, and acted as Minister of Sports and Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development.
Barker is survived by his wife, Dianna, and daughters, Sherise and Claire.
