Four men have been remanded to prison in connection with multiple serious offences including two murders, firearm-related crimes, and violent disorder across several police jurisdictions.
They are Miliki Colvin Forde, 18, of Belleview Gap, Waterford, St Michael; Carlos Tito Mann, 36, of Smith Road, Sargeant’s Village, Christ Church; Jacobi Omari Fenty; and Lance Gidding, 17, of Halls Road, St Michael.
Forde, Mann, and Fenty are jointly charged with the murder of Gavin Archer on June 22, 2025, in the District “A” jurisdiction. They also face additional charges of violent disorder, use of a firearm, endangering life, and criminal damage connected to that same date.
Forde alone is also facing a series of charges in the Black Rock jurisdiction, including two counts of endangering life, use and possession of a firearm, and criminal damage on June 21. He is further accused of another count of firearm use on June 22 and possession of 37 rounds of ammunition on June 28.
Fenty is separately charged with use of a firearm in the Central jurisdiction on June 22. Mann and Fenty each face individual counts of endangering life and use of a firearm in the District “A” division.
Forde and Gidding have also been jointly charged with the murder of Cameron Elcock on June 12, 2025, in the District “C” jurisdiction. The pair face eight counts of endangering life, eleven counts each of using a firearm, robbery of Hanna Elcock, serious bodily harm to Gregory Elcock, and violent disorder.
All four appeared before Chief Magistrate Ian Weekes in the District “A” Criminal Court No. 1 on Wednesday, July 16. They were remanded to Dodds Prison and are expected to return before the court on Wednesday, August 13.
