Roshawn Ricardo Dacosta Goddard pleaded guilty to theft of a cow and is now awaiting a pre-sentencing report.
Goddard, 21, of Date Tree Hill, St Peter, admitted stealing the animal valued at $5 000 which belonged to Louis Griffith on July 30.
He also faced other charges in the Northern Division when he appeared in the Holetown Magistrates’ Court before Magistrate Cuffy-Sargeant yesterday.
Goddard was charged with having no drivers licence, no third party insurance, fraudulent use of number plates and possession of eight rounds of ammunition on July 31.
The traffic matters were transferred to the District ‘D’ Magistrates’ Court and adjourned until Friday, August 7.
He was not required to plead to the ammo charge, which is an indictable offence, and was remanded to the Barbados Prison Service at Dodds. He is scheduled to reappear before the Holetown Magistrates’ Court on Monday, August 31, 2026. (PR/SAT)
