Javairne Jason Thompson, 41, of Nicholls Road, Seaview, St James, has been formally charged by the Barbados Police Service in connection with a series of recent offences.
Thompson is facing three charges – one count of assisting an offender between May 2 and July 12, 2025; assaulting a police officer in the execution of duty on July 12; and resisting a police officer in the execution of duty on the same date.
He appeared before Magistrate Wayne Clarke at the Holetown Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday, where he was granted bail in the sum of $40,000 with one surety.
Thompson is scheduled to return to court on Friday, July 18.
