A lawyer appeared in the District “A” Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday on three charges.
Andrew Christopher Greaves, 58, of No. 1094 Kingsland Heights, Christ Church, denied assaulting Pearl McFarlane and causing her actual bodily harm last July 27, as well as failing to leave the complainant’s premises after being directed to do so by her, the occupier, and damaging a table belonging to McFarlane on that same date.
The accused was granted $8 000 bail by Magistrate Oliver Thomas and the matter adjourned until April 23.
Between now and then, the accused has been ordered to keep away from the complainant.
Greaves is being represented by attorney Zaria Taylor, in association with King’s Counsel Michael Lashley.
