Consumers in Barbados will pay more for liquefied petroleum gas from midnight Sunday, June 21, following an adjustment to retail prices.
The increase affects all cylinder sizes, with the 100 lb cylinder moving from $160.39 to $166.39.
The 25 lb cylinder will increase from $45.20 to $46.70, while the 22 lb cylinder will rise from $39.94 to $41.26.
The 20 lb cylinder will now cost $37.51, up from $36.31.
Government said the adjustment is in keeping with its policy of allowing retail prices to reflect movements on the international market. (JK/BGIS)
