Steven Cuthbert Belle, 54, of no fixed place of abode, has been charged with the murders of Dejuan Niles and Javan Burton, which occurred on Tuesday, April 1, 2025.
Belle has also been charged with unlawful sexual intercourse with a minor, taking an indecent photograph of a minor, and showing an indecent photograph of a minor.
He appeared before Magistrate Angela Knight at the Oistins Magistrate Court today, Tuesday and was remanded to Dodds Prison until Tuesday, May 20, 2025.
