A man accused of sending a sexually explicit video to a woman, has been granted bail.
Paul Kian Kemar Dear, 35, of Drax Hall Hope, St George, appeared before Magistrate Alison Burke in the District “A” Traffic Court today.
He denied that sometime between October 14 and November 7, he used a computer to send an electronic communication which was indecent or obscene, and which he intended to cause, or was reckless as to whether it would cause, annoyance, distress or anxiety to the woman to whom he intended it to be communicated.
The unemployed Dear was granted $4 000 bail and the case adjourned until March 6 next year.
He was represented by attorney Shamar Bovell. (SD)
