A Pickwick Gap, St Michael man has been released on $10 000 bail following his appearance in a Bridgetown court on a charge of violent disorder along Chapman Street.
Paul O’Brian Stuart, 52, is accused that on March 1, he, together with other persons, used unlawful violence and that their conduct, taken together, was such as would cause a person of reasonable firmness to fear for their safety.
He was not required to plead to the indictable charge when he appeared before Magistrate Alison Burke in the District ‘A’ Traffic Court.
The case continues on June 17.
