Man remanded on bodily harm charge

O’Brien Antonio Franklyn is scheduled to be back in court on September 30.

Franklyn, 48, of Quarry Road, Bank Hall, St Michael, was not required to plead to the indictable charge of causing serious bodily harm to Andre Jamal Harry.

Acting Magistrate Jared Richards, sitting in the District ‘A’ Traffic Court, remanded Franklyn to Dodds Prison.

Harry succumbed to stab wounds on September 2 at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital. He was rushed there by public service vehicle after an altercation near the Vendors Market at Fairchild Street, St Michael. (PR/SAT)
