What is the National Housing Corporation (NHC) doing with the rent money from tenants in the housing units?
St Michael North West Member of Parliament Neil Rowe wants to know since, he claimed, the tenants are having difficulty in getting basic maintenance work done on their units.
He was speaking in reference to the housing units of Rosemont, Deacons Road and Deacons Farm, Ferniehurst and Golden Acres in Black Rock within his constituency.
Rowe, who is also Deputy Speaker of the House, knocked the NHC, owner of the properties, saying that when tenants called in order to have maintenance done, they were often informed that the agency was out of material.
