A pest control technician is on $3 000 bail after denying a wounding charge in the No. 1 District ‘A’ Magistrates’ Court.
Kevin Emerson Victor, 42, of Plymouth Square, Cave Hill, St Michael, is accused of unlawfully and maliciously wounding Zabari Spooner on August 3.
He pleaded not guilty when the charge was read by Acting Chief Magistrate Douglas Frederick.
Bail was granted on the condition that he stay away from the virtual complainant.
The case continues on October 7.
Victor is represented by attorney Ensley Grainger.
