A St George man has pleaded guilty to firearm and ammunition offences and is awaiting sentencing submissions in the Supreme Court.
Sheldon Romaine Bostic, of Exchange Gap, Valley Land, admitted before Justice Anthony Blackman in the No. 3A Supreme Court to having a .32 auto calibre semi-automatic pistol without a valid licence and three rounds of ammunition without a valid permit.
The offences occurred on April 26, 2024.
He will return on September 9 for submissions to be heard from defence attorney Kristin Vanderpool and prosecutor Acting Senior State Counsel Treann Knight.
