A 49-year-old St Michael man is set to appear in court today on a single charge.
Sheldon Rondelle Atherley, 49, of Clements Ave, Bush Hall is accused of committing serious bodily harm on Derrick Bynoe on March 7.
He will appear in the Oistins Magistrates’ Court.
