That is what the prosecution believes Carl Edgar Knight should get for having two high-powered guns and over 100 rounds of ammunition.
“The State cannot suggest a fine for a rifle, a Glock and 120 rounds of ammunition,” State Counsel Paul Prescod said yesterday.
Knight, of Knight’s Land, Lower Westbury Road, St Michael, was back before Justice Laurie-Ann Smith-Bovell in the No. 4 Supreme Court, where he had pleaded guilty, at an earlier Session of the Continuous Sittings, to having a 7.62×39-calibre rifle, as well as a 9mm Luger semi-automatic pistol, on April 1, 2022.
