The youth was remanded until October 15.

He is also jointly charged with another 16-year-old with stealing a motorcar, cell phone and wallet from Lloyd Clarke; and a cell phone, spectacles and cash belonging to Shenelle Brathwaite, with a total value of $81, 350 on September 6.

That teenager was released on $20 000 bail with surety and placed on a daily 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. curfew.
