From the entrance, it was evident that no detail had been spared in creating a premium experience. Organised by Hits and Jams Entertainment in collaboration with Zulu Entertainment, the premium Crop Over event transformed the Christ Church venue with branded décor, including tropical floral displays and gold accents that reinforced the event’s luxury aesthetic.

Guests were greeted with welcome gifts that included a branded cup, a handheld fan and a pair of flats, setting the tone for an event which offered an evening of music, premium drinks and catered food included with admission.

Once inside, a striking red carpet and tropical-themed photo backdrop quickly became one of the night’s most popular attractions, drawing a steady stream of patrons eager to capture memories with friends, partners and larger groups before making their way to the dance floor. Other photo backdrops featuring Soca & Wine branding lined the corridors.

The tropical luxury theme continued throughout the space, creating a unique, eye-catching atmosphere beneath the retired Concorde aircraft. At the far end of the venue, catered food included with admission was served from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. Patrons gathered around cocktail tables to socialise, dance and enjoy sets from DJ Macyy Jadee, Thorny, Gully Ras, Legacy Team, DJ Energy, Pun, Akelo and Supa Nytro. Additional food vendors and bars were also available on the grounds for patrons wishing to purchase other food and beverages.

Throughout the evening, the selectors kept the energy high with a carefully curated mix of classic and contemporary soca hits, ensuring the dance floor remained active well into the night. The lone female DJ, Maccy Jadee, travelled from the United Kingdom to perform at the event.

By the night’s end, the venue was at its busiest, with patrons gathering in front of the stage and dancing energetically to soca hits booming through the sound system.

The event was scheduled to run from 3 p.m. to midnight.
