West Terrace Primary showcased excellent defence to win both their games on day three of the Pedialyte Sport National Sports Council Primary School Netball competition.
Playing on Wednesday at the Bridgefield court in the Anna Shepherd Zone, they blanked Hillaby Turner’s Hall Primary 8-0 and Eden Lodge Primary 5-0.
Holy Innocent’s Primary also won both of their games, after beating Hillaby Turner’s Hall 7-2, and trouncing Welches Primary 4-0.
Welches bounced back in their second game, however, to defeat People’s Cathedral 3-0.
People’s Cathedral also lost their second game, as they were beaten 6-0 by Wilkie Cumberbatch.
The competition continues at the Friendship Court on Thursday, with games in the Cathy Harper-Hall/Agnes Critchlow Zone.
