Having denied charges of assault, wounding and criminal damage, a 31-year-old checker will return to the District ‘A’ Magistrates’ Court later this year for the case to be heard.
Kashama Rasheeda Squires of Gall Hill, St John pleaded not guilty to assaulting Trikelia Cumberbatch occasioning her actual bodily harm, damaging her bracelet and spectacles on September 5 as well as unlawfully and maliciously wounding Darien Phillips.
There were no objections and Magistrate Jared Richards released the accused on $7 000 bail with surety.
Squires will return to the Traffic Court on December 3.
