Immigration authorities are expected to be present in the District ‘A’ Magistrates’ Court No. 2 later this month when a Vincentian man who pleaded guilty to five theft charges, and was remanded to prison, returns.
Romarl Kimron Curtney John, 32, who is residing at Thornbury Hill, Christ Church, pleaded guilty to stealing $110 on May 27, $100 on May 29, $190 on May 30 and $200 on June 1, all belonging to Zap Inc.
He also admitted before Magistrate Manila Renee that between May 26 and June 3, he stole a $10 Massy Card belonging to Massy Stores.
The case was adjourned until September 29, when the facts are to be read.
John, who remains in custody at Dodds Prison, is represented by attorney Iwan Cuffy-Sargeant.
