A nine-member jury took an hour and a half to find Miguel Bobb-Blackman not guilty of possessing an unlicensed firearm and ammunition last year.
Bobb-Blackman, of Spruce Street, the City, had been charged with having a Ruger .45 calibre pistol and four rounds of ammunition in his possession on June 12, 2025.
Defence lawyer Shadia Simpson represented him, while acting Senior State Counsel Paul Prescod prosecuted the case.
Thanking the jury for its service in the No. 4 Supreme Court, Justice Laurie-Ann Smith-Bovell informed Bobb-Blackman that he was free to go.
