A St Barnabas man has been sentenced to nine months in prison, less the time he has already spent on remand, for stealing a jersey shirt valued at $50.
Igerdahjah Rock, 21, pleaded guilty to stealing the shirt from Ouch Boutique on July 23.
He was sentenced when he appeared in the No. 2 District ‘A’ Traffic Court on Tuesday before acting Magistrate Shakieda Sealy.
The magistrate also referred Rock for drug counselling while at Dodds Prison.
