
An 18-year-old Christ Church man has been remanded to prison after appearing in court on a series of serious charges.

Jaheim Canute Collins, of Inch Marlow, Silver Sands, appeared before Chief Magistrate Douglas Frederick in the District ‘A’ Criminal Court No. 1 on Wednesday, April 29.
He faces charges of serious bodily harm, two counts of use of a firearm, and criminal damage, all relating to an incident on February 18.
Collins was not required to plead to the indictable offences and was remanded to the Barbados Prison Service (Dodds).
The matters were transferred to the Oistins Magistrates’ Court, where he is scheduled to reappear on May 26, 2026.
